WHAT IS PUPDATES?

Pupdates are sessions for humans and puppies to socialise in a safe, calm and relaxing environment.

CLASS INFORMATION

CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES LONG. 25 MINUTES OF YOGA/PILATES TO START AND THEN THE REMAINING 35 MINUTES WILL BE TIME PURELY FOR PUPPY CUDDLES!  PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINS EARLY AND WAIT DOWNSTAIRS/IN THE HALLWAY.

4+ PUPS PER CLASS

We have qualified yoga and pilates instructors working alongside us to provide the exercise aspect of the classes  

Ticket numbers per class depend on the amount of pups, so be quick with bookings!

WHERE ARE THE PUPS FROM? 

We have developed relationships with a range of breeders so we can have different breeds over the classes.

The breeders Pupdates chooses to work with are ethical and are all visited beforehand. 

The puppies you see in classes could also still be up for sale, and breeders are always on hand to have a chat with after the sessions if you happen to fall in love! 

THE PUPPIES WELL-BEING AND OVERALL HEALTH IS PUPDATES MAIN PRIORITY.

ALL PUPPIES ARE VET CHECKED 

PUPPY'S WELFARE

PUPDATES IS ALWAYS DONE ETHICALLY AND HAS THE PUPPIES HEALTH AND SAFETY AS ITS MAIN PRIORITY

• WE ENSURE THAT IN EACH HOUR THE PUPS GET AT LEAST 15 MINUTES OF REST
• THE PUPS HAVE ACCESS TO FRESH WATER
• WE ASK THE BREEDER TO BRING A BLANKET FROM HOME FOR COMFORT
• WE PROVIDE FRESH TOYS FOR EACH CLASS
• WE CLEAN THE STUDIO WITH PUPPY FRIENDLY PRODUCTS BEFORE/AFTER EACH CLASS
• THE STUDIO IS A SAFE AND SECURE, CLOSED OFF AREA FOR THE PUPPYS TO PLAY SAFELY.
• EVERYONE IS ASKED TO STAY SEATED WITH THE PUPS
• WE KEEP THE TEMP OF THE ROOM ACCORDING TO WHAT THE PUPPIES ARE USED TO AT HOME
• WE KEEP THE MUSIC QUIET AND ASK CUSTOMERS TO CONSIDER THE PUPPIES; TO AVOID SHOUTING OR SCREAMING.
• THE PUPS ARE LEFT TO ROAM AND EXPLORE THE PEOPLE, THE STUDIO AND THE TOYS AS THEY PLEASE.
• IF THE PUPPIES WANT TO SLEEP, WE ALWAYS RESPECT THAT
• THE BREEDER WILL BE PRESENT AND HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS
• CUSTOMERS ARE SHOWN THIS LIST VIA THE TICKET WEBSITE, AND A LOT OF THE POINTS ARE REITERATED AT THE CLASSES.
• HAND SANITISER WILL BE PRESENTED AT DOOR
• SHOES WILL BE ASKED TO BE REMOVED ON WAY IN

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN PETS

PHOTOGRAPHY : photos and videos will be taken at these classes and will be used on Pupdates instagram page and possibly shared elsewhere for promotional purposes of Pupdates, the instructor and/or the breeder. 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

BREED ISN'T GUARANTEED, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS IF FOR WHATEVER REASON BREED IS DIFFERENT.

IF A CLASS HAS TO BE CANCELLED FOR WHATEVER GIVEN REASON, CUSTOMERS CAN CHOOSE TO KEEP THEIR TICKET IN STORE CREDIT OR TO BE OFFERED A FULL REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
