Quick answers

Find answers to the most common questions about Pupdates, from how our classes work to what to expect on the day.

What is Pupdates?

Pupdates is a puppy yoga/pilates and socialisation experience. We combine gentle, all abilities exercise with time to meet, play and cuddle adorable puppies, in Glasgow, Chester and Shrewsbury.

What happens at a class?

Each session combines 30 mins exercise, 30 mins puppy play.

Do the puppies take part in the yoga or pilates?

Answer to be added by Pupdates.

How old are the puppies?

Our puppies are aged 6-8 weeks and come from trusted breeders.

How many people are in a class?

Classes are small, with a maximum of 14 people.

Which breeds do you have?

The breed changes from class to class. Each class listing shows which breed you'll be meeting.

Can I choose the breed?

Yes. Each class is for a specific breed, shown on the booking page, so you can pick the date and breed you'd like.

Can I bring children?

Children are more than welcome aslong as they're accompanied by an adult and know to stay seated throughout pup time.

What should I wear?

Clothes suitable to do yoga/pilates in

Do I need yoga or pilates experience?

No experience needed. Our classes are suitable for all abilities.

What if I have allergies?

As our sessions involve spending time in close contact with puppies, we wouldn't recommend attending if you have a known dog allergy, particularly if your reactions are severe.

Please bear in mind that no dog breed is completely hypoallergenic, and we can't guarantee an allergen free environment.

If you're unsure, we'd recommend seeking medical advice before booking. Your health and comfort are just as important to us as the puppies' wellbeing!

Is there parking?

Glasgow: there is free on street parking next to the studio

Chester: Yes there is free parking, we have a car park

Shrewsbury: No, there isn't parking right outside or any free parking available, so please give yourself enough time to park up.

Can I take photos?

Of course you can! One of our team will always be able to get a picture of you and with your group/friend you come with.

Cancellations and refunds

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. This includes cancellations due to illness, personal circumstances or changes of plans.

As clearly stated in the ticket description at the time of booking, the advertised puppy breed is not guaranteed. We're working with live animals, and their health and welfare will always come first. Occasionally, this means we may need to change the breed attending a session. Changes to the advertised breed do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

If Pupdates has to cancel a session entirely, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

Please double-check your chosen date, time and location before booking! ♡
